Secure IT disposal for schools & organisations

Old devices out. Proof the data's gone in your files.

We collect retired laptops, Chromebooks and desktops from your site, erase every drive, and give you a certificate listing each device by serial number. What can be reused is refurbished. Everything else goes to a licensed recycler, never landfill.

Who we work with

Built for organisations that hold other people's data

Schools

Shared laptop trolleys, Chromebooks, computer labs, office PCs and staff devices your school bought itself. We work around term dates and clear storerooms before the summer break.

TAFEs & training providers

Lab refreshes and equipment from training rooms, with the paperwork your procurement and IT security teams expect.

Councils & local businesses

Medical clinics, accountants, real estate offices and community organisations across the west that need devices gone properly.

How it works

Four steps from storeroom to certificate

You know where every device is at every stage, and you finish with a record you can file.

  1. Step 1

    Book

Tell us roughly what you have and when suits. We confirm a fixed quote before we arrive.

  2. Step 2

    Collect

We count and record each device on site, seal it for transport, and you sign the collection docket.

  3. Step 3

    Erase & verify

Every drive is erased with [certified software] and verified. Drives that fail are physically shredded.

  4. Step 4

    Certify & recycle

You receive a certificate listing each device by serial number. Working devices are refurbished; the rest goes to a licensed recycler.

What we take

If it plugs in and holds data, we'll take it

  • Laptops
  • Chromebooks
  • Desktops & all-in-ones
  • Tablets & iPads
  • Monitors
  • Loose hard drives & SSDs
  • Servers
  • Switches & routers
  • Projectors
  • Printers & copiers
  • Phones
  • Cables & peripherals

Victorian government school staff notebooks supplied through the Department of Education are returned through the Department's own program, so we don't collect those. Student-owned BYOD devices belong to families.

Pricing

Often free. Always quoted up front.

Questions

Common questions

What does the certificate include?

Your organisation's name, the collection date, and a line for every device: asset tag, device type, serial number, the erasure method used and the result. Drives that were shredded are listed separately.

Do we need to remove drives or wipe devices first?

No. Leave everything as it is. Do back up anything you need to keep and sign devices out of any management system (for example, Google Admin or Intune) so they can be reset.

How soon do we get the certificate?

Within [X] business days of collection.

Can you take Department-supplied teacher laptops?

No. Notebooks supplied through the Victorian Department of Education's staff notebook program are collected through the Department's own arrangements. We handle equipment your school bought itself.

Is there a minimum?

Free collection applies from [X] reusable devices. Smaller loads are welcome at a small per-device rate.

Will we get anything back for newer devices?

For recent equipment with good resale value, we can offer a credit or payment. We'll tell you the net position in the quote before you commit.
